This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the procedure for processing, storing, and protecting user information (hereinafter referred to as the "User") that may be obtained during the use of the «Movrix Baby» mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

We respect your privacy and the privacy of your child. By using the Application, the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the terms of personal information processing specified herein.

2. Categories of Collected Data

The Application is designed for maintaining a personal baby development diary. All data is entered by the User strictly on a voluntary basis. The Application allows tracking and recording the following information:

Data regarding schedules and facts of vaccination (immunization records);
Records of doctor appointments, medical check-ups, and specialist recommendations;
Information about physiological development, including the timing and sequence of teeth eruption;
Other text notes and development metrics added by the User independently.

3. Data Storage and Synchronization

The core principle of the Application is maximum privacy and localization. The Application Developer does not own or operate custom servers for collecting or storing your data and has no direct access to it.

Data processing and storage are carried out in the following ways:

Local Storage: All data you enter is encrypted and stored directly within the isolated memory of your mobile device.
Cloud Synchronization: To prevent data loss and ensure seamless usage across multiple devices, the Application utilizes the standard services of the Apple ecosystem (iCloud / CloudKit). Synchronization operates entirely under your Apple ID account.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

All collected and saved data is used exclusively within the Application and solely to provide its core functionality, namely:

Visualizing development history, maintaining a timeline of medical events, and tracking baby growth;
Generating local reminders and notifications for upcoming vaccinations or doctor visits;
Ensuring data integrity during device replacement via backups to iCloud.

5. Data Transfer to Third Parties

The Developer does not sell, rent, or disclose the personal data of Users to third parties. Data transfer to Apple's cloud storage is performed as part of the standard operation of Apple services and is governed by the respective privacy policy of Apple Inc.

6. User Rights (in accordance with GDPR and Applicable Law)

The User retains full control over their data and has the right to:

Delete Data: The User can delete individual records at any time or completely clear the Application's database through the settings menu within the Application, or by deleting the Application from the device.
Stop Synchronization: The User can disable data synchronization with iCloud at any time in the system settings of their mobile device.
Limit Access: The User manages permissions for receiving local push notifications directly through the system settings of the operating system.

7. Data Security

Data security is ensured by the built-in security mechanisms of the iOS / iPadOS operating system, as well as the security infrastructure provided by Apple when synchronizing with iCloud. We strongly recommend that Users set secure passwords on their devices and utilize biometric authentication (Touch ID / Face ID) to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy unilaterally. The new version of the Policy becomes effective upon its publication within the Application or on official distribution platforms. We recommend regularly reviewing the current version of the document.
