Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Movrix Auto, provided by SIA FN MOVRIX GROUP ("FN Movrix Group", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the Movrix Auto application for iPhone and iPad.

1. App purpose

Movrix Auto is a private driver diary for recording vehicles, mileage, maintenance, repairs, fuel, insurance, inspections, and related expenses.

2. Information entered in the app

You may choose to enter:

• vehicle make, model, year, registration number, VIN, and mileage;
• service, maintenance, repair, tire, and inspection records;
• fuel purchases, insurance details, costs, dates, and notes;
• service provider names and future service reminders.

3. Local storage and data collection

The current version stores your vehicle diary data locally in the application's protected container on your device. We do not operate a Movrix Auto server that receives or stores this diary data. We do not include third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell personal information.

Device backups may include application data according to your Apple device and iCloud backup settings. Those backups are managed by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

4. App Store purchases

If you purchase Movrix Auto Unlimited Cars, payment and subscription management are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app uses Apple's StoreKit framework to obtain product information and determine whether an active subscription entitlement exists. Apple may process purchase, payment, tax, refund, device, and Apple Account information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details.

5. Permissions

The current version does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, HealthKit, Bluetooth, or App Tracking Transparency data.

6. How information is used

Information stored in the app is used on your device to display your vehicle diary, calculate expense statistics, show service history, and present reminders you have entered.

7. Retention and deletion

Your diary data remains on your device until you edit or delete an entry, delete a vehicle, use Delete All Data in the app's Settings, or remove the app. The Delete All Data action immediately removes Movrix Auto's locally stored garage and settings from that device. It does not remove copies that may remain in device backups controlled by Apple or by you.

8. Children

Movrix Auto is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International availability

Because the current version keeps diary data on your device and does not transmit it to a Movrix Auto server, we do not transfer that diary data internationally. Apple may process App Store information in accordance with its own policies and legal obligations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Movrix Auto. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard EULA.

1. Purpose of the app

Movrix Auto helps you organize vehicle records, mileage, expenses, service history, repairs, fuel, and insurance information. It is an organizational tool and is not professional automotive, safety, legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking all dates, mileage, calculations, reminders, insurance details, and records before relying on them. Always follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions and advice from qualified professionals. Do not use the app while driving.

3. Local data and backups

App data is stored locally. You are responsible for your device, access controls, and backups. We cannot recover diary data that is deleted or lost from your device.

4. Free version

The free version allows you to create and use one vehicle profile with its related diary and expense records.

5. Movrix Auto Unlimited Cars

Unlimited Cars is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription that allows you to add and manage an unlimited number of vehicle profiles. The exact price and currency are displayed by the App Store before purchase and may vary by storefront, taxes, and Apple's price schedule.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
• The subscription renews monthly unless canceled before renewal.
• Apple manages billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellation.
• You can restore an active entitlement using Restore Purchases.
• Deleting the app or local data does not cancel the subscription.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings or at Apple Subscriptions.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, or update the app and its compatible operating system requirements. Features may change where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, compatibility, or product improvement.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass App Store purchase verification, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that records, statistics, reminders, or calculations will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every vehicle or jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account and Data Deletion

Current app version: local-only data storage

No Movrix server account

The current version of Movrix Auto does not create a developer-hosted user account and does not upload your vehicle diary to a Movrix server. Therefore, there is no remote Movrix account record to request that we delete.

Delete data in the app

Open Movrix Auto > Settings > Data & Privacy and choose Delete All Data. After you confirm, the app immediately deletes all locally stored vehicle profiles, diary entries, fuel records, insurance details, repair history, costs, notes, and app settings from that device.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting local data or deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription. To avoid future renewal charges, manage the subscription through Apple Subscriptions.

Support

Movrix Auto customer and privacy support

Please include the app name, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send VINs, registration numbers, insurance policy numbers, or other sensitive diary information unless it is necessary to resolve your request.
