This Privacy Policy describes how SIA FN MOVRIX GROUP ("we", "us", or "our") manages information in the mobile application "Riga's Abyss" (the "Application").

1. Data Collection

We take a "privacy-by-design" approach. The Application is a visual novel that does not require user accounts or registration. We do not directly collect, store, or process any personal identification information (such as names, phone numbers, or emails).

• In-App Purchases: Payments are processed entirely by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not have access to your financial data or credit card numbers.
• Game Progress: Your story choices and progress are stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud storage. We do not have access to this data.

2. GDPR and Data Protection

As a company based in Latvia, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not store personal data on external servers, the management of your data (deletion/access) is performed by you directly on your device by removing the Application or clearing the app cache.

3. Analytics and Performance

We may receive anonymous, aggregated data provided by Apple (App Store Connect), such as crash reports and installation statistics. This data is used solely to improve the technical stability of the Application and does not identify individual users.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). If you believe a minor has provided us with any data, please contact us immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its story, characters, artwork, and soundtrack, is the intellectual property of SIA FN MOVRIX GROUP. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
